Frankfurt’s AOC complex was acquired in the first quarter of 2019 through a joint venture with Tristan Capital Partners. The property offers more than 25,000 sq.m. of rental space spread over six floors and six building sections.

The mixed-use structure is located in the up-and-coming Ostend district of Frankfurt, next to an important motorway junction as well as one of the largest internet hubs in Germany.

The AOC is currently leased out to some 35 office tenants, along with ground-level retail and sports/fitness tenants. The balanced mix of tenants ensures stable cash flows while at the same time offering value creation potential through active asset management.

In addition to signing lease extensions and new leases, the management team worked to revitalise the AOC complex in the fall of 2021 through extensive capital improvements, particularly to the building exterior and grounds.
